Liquid Discounts Return Policy

At Liquid Discounts, we offer a 7-day return window. This means you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Most items sold by Liquid Discounts are acquired through liquidation and are typically final sale and non-refundable.
  • We will accept returns only if:
    • The item arrives damaged or incomplete.
    • The item fails to power on upon first inspection.

We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as they are intended to clearly depict the item you will receive.

📨 How to Request a Return:

If you believe your item qualifies for return:

  1. Contact us at chaunlaw@liquiddiscounts.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. If your request is approved, we will:
    • Send a return shipping label.
    • Provide clear instructions for returning the item.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at chaunlaw@liquiddiscounts.com.

🔁 Store Credit Option

In select cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund.
